Players receive instruction in all of the core 4 skill areas; skating, stick handling, passing and shooting and play small area games to help players apply their skills in a competitive setting. Practices start with a skating-related warm up before players are divided into small groups by age and skill level for stationed-based work with a game a that the end of the session.
Players are required to have skating experience. Full equipment is also required unless otherwise discussed with Girls 4 Hockey.
Pricing varies by session, but Comprehensive Skills Clinics do allow for flexibility of schedule. Players can register as one-time, part-time or full-time participants.
